It would be nice to live in a place where open carry is like wearing a 3-piece suit: not everyone does it, but it's nothing to particularly stop and stare at.
But such places are few, and far between. On the whole, for me, open carry is really more trouble than its worth.
Starbucks has made its corporate wishes known. And it's done so in a much more polite and classy fashion than some businesses making the same choice.
