When's the next one coming out?

It would be easy (and Honest) to just say "to be determined" but I'll give ya more detail than that.

I've managed to release my first two books two years and one month apart from each other.
Not bad, given that I'm an actor first and an author second, but one I could work on.

Right now (August 2025) I'm working on a stand-alone novel independently of the Gruntverse.
I'd ~like~ to release it somewhere between Beltane and Summerween 2026, but that may be a bit ambitious.

After that I'll be going back to the Gruntverse.

Djinn Rebellion: A Grunt's Third Grimoire, will come after the stand-alone.
Hunting Trip: A Grunt's Fouth Grimoire will come after that.

That may well take us to the end of the 2020's, so I hesitate to mention where other works come into the mix. But that's what I got at the moment.

Where is (Insert location here) ?

Most of the places depicted in the Grunt's Grimoires don't exist.
Please do not wander around Atlanta trying to find them.
The big exception being Stone Mountain park. The Battle of Stone Mountain takes place near the summit at the end of the walkup trail.

RENFIELD BLUES

The Cotillion is more or less where the Masquerade used to be, on North avenue just west of the railroad overpass.

Connie's house is in Little 5 points, somewhere between Moreland, Elucid, and Freedom Pkwy.

Tyler's house is just outside the perimeter, somewhere between Glenwood and Covington Hwy.

Warwell's is southeast of Stone Mountain park.

The Blue River runs from Athens to Milledgeville. The site of the massacre is a few miles East of Warwell's.

The Waffle Crossing where Loretta and Grover work is off of sr78 just before it becomes Scott Blvd.

Samuel's is south of the Emory campus.

GHOST LIGHT

The Pencil Factory Theater is a few blocks southwest of the Five Points MARTA station.

The restaurant where Renfields Anonymous runs into Rocky is on Broad Street between Marietta st and the Aderhold building.
